Digitalme is a trusted, service-neutral platform designed to host private and secure digital identity. It is impartial to digital service providers such as unifi, telcos, banks, utilities, and e-commerce.
Digitalme helps consolidate all your digital accounts with just one login. It removes the hassle of having to remember multiple usernames and passwords for different unifi applications or portal, hence allowing you to manage your unifi digital accounts easier.
Digitalme acts as a single-sign-on feature, and remembers the users across the different clients that it is integrated with. With a consent and permissions based system, end-users have explicit control over which clients have their data, and what data is shared with the clients
Digitalme is currently a digital ID provider for the myunifi mobile app as well as the unifi web portal. It is also used by the Nexlife Rewards mobile app. The digital identity will be used as a single-sign-up identification for unifi services and beyond.

OAuth 2.0 is an authorization framework that enables applications to obtain limited access to user information on an HTTP service. This framework is used by Google, Facebook, and Github, among others. Users hosts their profile and accounts on Digitalme, which then authorises applications to access the user’s profile, with consent. OAuth 2.0 provides authorization flows for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Open ID Connect is a simple identity layer on top of the OAuth2.0 protocol. It is uniquely easy for developers to integrate, compared to any preceding identity protocol. It allows developers to authenticate their users across websites and applications without having to manage password files. For the application builder, it provides a secure verifiable, answer to the question: “What is the identity of the person currently using the browser or native app that is connected to me?”
